My boyfriend absolutely loves this sandwich, it’s also great gluten free I like to make it with a gf wrap instead of ciabatta.

Instructions

1. Slice the ciabatta in half and spread a thin layer of garlic aioli on either side. Toast in a pan or toaster oven till crispy golden brown. Aioli has lots of fat so helps it toast.
2. Then spread a layer of pesto, if you want to prevent the sandwich from getting soggy you can add a layer of provolone as a barrier between the bread and fillings.
3. Add your sliced tomato, season the tomato, then layer the fresh basil, BoarsHead PitCraft smoked turkey, and burrata. Slice in half and wrap in tin foil to warm it up and enjoy!
